Communications

Cooperators need to be excellent communicators. In a cooperative important business decisions are often taken by groups of people in meetings. So communications skills and meetings skills are paramount for cooperative sustainability.

Workshops
Our workshops focus on identifying good communications skills; the two-way nature of communication; minimising ‘noise’; active listening; gender and communications; being assertive; giving and receiving criticism. Click here if you would like to be contacted about workshops.
