Co-operantics is run by Kate Whittle, who has been working with co-operatives,
both in the UK and overseas, for over 20 years.
Kate says “Since my return to the UK, after a few years working with
rural co-operatives in the Dominican Republic, I have run training courses
for a wide range of co-operatives and social enterprises.
In 2003, along with colleagues Bob Cannell and David Dean, I set up Co-operative Business Consultants www.cbc.coop, with the aim of promoting co-operative and participative management methods and techniques.
Co-operantics offers a range of support services, for businesses and organisations working in co-operative and participative ways, including coaching and facilitation, as well as training. Whilst designed with worker co-operatives in mind, Co-operantics services will be of interest to members of all kinds of co-operatives and employee-owned businesses, as well as some social enterprises and voluntary organisations.”
