People skills for co-operative working

Communications

Co-operators need to be excellent communicators. In a co-operative important business decisions are often taken by groups of people in meetings. So communications skills and meetings skills are paramount for co-operative sustainability.

Workshops

Our workshops focus on identifying good communications skills; the two-way nature of communication; minimising ‘noise’; active listening; gender and communications; being assertive; giving and receiving criticism.
