Co-operantics offers a comprehensive support package to provide you with the knowledge and expertise to ensure good co-operative working practices which are the basis for a successful co-operative business.

We run half-day workshops on all aspects of co-operative working, or more flexible one to one or small group coaching sessions. We offer facilitation of potentially difficult meetings or teambuilding events or participative group planning processes, and we host an online forum to provide support for new co-operative members.

Self assessment

Check out your co-operative working skills with our online audit. It will take about 10 minutes, and will give you a snapshot of where you need to be focusing your efforts to improve the way you work together. You can print it out and circulate it to other co-op members, or complete it online and send it to us for feedback on how Co-operantics can help you improve co-operative working.
